The sour soup fat cow is not the taste of Sichuan, but the sour soup practice in Guizhou, some similar to the taste of Dongyin Gong, but far from sour, because there is no lemon grass and citrus, which is the tomato boiled out, and the inside is accompanied by golden needle mushrooms. The cabbage and fat cow are cooked together, the fat cow tastes good, chewy, absorbs the sour taste of the soup, and this dish is also equipped with a dry sea pepper sauce, very weird. Fried noodles are actually a bit like fried beef, with shredded meat, sauerkraut, eggs, these are fried together, a little sour, these two dishes are quite rice, especially with fat cow soup to soak rice, free to eat three bowls of rice no problem. The fried rice is still quite enough, quite a big plate. It tastes a bit like egg fried rice, but it tastes better than adding some side dishes and it tastes better than egg fried rice. Overall, this restaurant is one of the few restaurants that taste better this time I went to Guizhou.
